  4. 2 potatoes washed and cubed
  5. 1 onion chopped up
  6. 4 cloves garlic, shredded or minced
  7. garlic powder
  8. garlic salt
  9. onion powder
  10. onion salt
  11. olive oil
  12. chopped fresh or dried basil
  13.  
  14. Mix all together and bake, covered, until soft
  15. Mix it all up again, getting the garlicy oil and onions all over the potatoes.
  16. Bake uncovered until the tops are brown and crispy.
